In 1999, our founder Ryan Pollock saw an opportunity to connect top-tier talent with some of the most demanding technology roles in high-frequency trading, hedge funds, and high-growth tech sectors. Objective Paradigm was born with a focus on Executive and Direct Hire technology placements. This foundation set us on a path to excellence in precision talent matching, which remains central to our identity.
With the rapid expansion of the IT market, Talution Group was established in 2009 to meet the growing demand for specialized staff augmentation. Focused on application development, project management, data, and mobile technologies, Talution Group continues to deliver top-tier professionals who drive innovation and success in the tech landscape.
By 2010, we recognized a need for flexible, comprehensive recruiting solutions. We launched Dedicated Recruiting Services (DRS), which later evolved into OP Recruiting-as-a-Service (RaaS), functioning as an extension of our clients’ HR teams to manage every stage of recruitment. Today, OP RaaS is an essential part of our family, enabling clients to scale their recruitment efficiently while strengthening their HR capabilities.
Our commitment to community led us to create
T4Youth in 2014. Founded by Ryan Pollock and two colleagues, T4Youth focuses on empowering youth through tech education and mentorship. This initiative is an integral part of who we are, and today, it continues to inspire and support the next generation of tech leaders.
